Dr. Tashika Gomez, DNP, PNP-C, is a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner who is dedicated to meeting the urgent care needs of your children by providing the highest quality of care in the comfort of their own homes.
- Graduated from SUNY Upstate School of Nursing with Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Pediatrics in 2019
- Has been Working in health care for over 15 years
- Started off health care journey as a certified nursing assistant and has worked up to doctorate level in nursing.
- Worked as a Registered Nurse in ICU, ER, Med surg, Home Care, as well Procedural areas

Hippity Hop Peds now offers Home Well exams!
Caring for children ages 3 to 18.
A thorough exam of your child will be completed in the comfort of their home to ensure they are strong and healthy and ready to participate in school and/or other activities.
All documents/forms needed are provided and completed at the time of visit.
Home well exams can be utilized for school, sport and camp participation, but does not take the place of annual exam by Primary Care Provider.
Vaccinations not provided
Additional charges apply for same day home exams.
